roaming_kate23I appreciate travel vloggers who are honest about the places that they are not fans of.To use a food analogy,I am not going to yuck anyone’s yum.
Here’s a real life example:Morocco. I loved Morocco but see a lot of people saying it is someplace that they would never go to. When we went there on a cruise they almost were sort of trying to talk you out of it.HowEVER..it was one of my favourite places that I have been .
Are you willing to be a bit adventurous?(I am. Was trying to talk my parents into a trip to Vietnam..it ended up with us going on our upcoming cruise. No complaining though.) Mind you, I have traveled a LOT but would love to travel more.
Years ago Anthony Bourdain had an episode of his show where he went to Saudi Arabia .I had a set idea of what Saudi Arabia was like.After ..a very different story,AND..in the years since that episode aired a LOT has changed.(that episode aired 17 years ago. Thanks Google.)Also,it’s on YouTube if you want to check it out(and you should!)
