*Don’s Family Vacation just keeps spiraling down. I’m waiting for the announcement that he has died.

“My low cal no bake no no refrigerate no flour no sugar no gluten no egg no carb no fat no woman no cry no beans no greens no potatoes” That sums up the whole “restrictive diet” thing so well.
