roaming_kate23My friend R who is part of the Hannibal fandom, had the honour of being the moderator on a panel with Hugh Dancy and Mads Mikkelsen.If ever there was someone that could be considered a “leader of the fandom” she is it. She is much more chill than the others who have tried to do the same..during Season 2 there was a group whose leader was VERY uptight and expected everyone to participate and if you didn’t you were not a real fan.Needless to say,that got real old real fast.
Then there was the fan who was constantly tweeting at Bryan Fuller and acting like they were besties.She also was friends with the fandom troll for a while(I’m getting there, OK?) and she didn’t get why it was such a no no.She is no longer in the fandom really as far as I can tell .
So, we have not heard from the fandom troll for a while and she says that she no longer wants anything to do with Fannibals etc.but I suspect that is nowhere NEAR the case, given how hard she went after the Hannibal. Fandom)I remember a Fourth Of July where I was having to deal with one of the fandom troll’s tantrums(about something that didn’t matter of course.)
I say all of this because the fandom troll HATEDHATEDHATEDHATED R. and even had an unflattering nickname for her.It was always about how R. was a trust fund baby and she seemed to have money to spend all of the time.Yeah,and? Not true of the whole fandom and the fandom troll is upset because because she is perma broke,the polar opposite of a trust fund baby-her family want nothing to do with her and with her attitude problem I can see why. The fandom troll claims that her parents love her siblings more than they love her.Well, she wasn’t bonding with her parents and they were trying but the fandom troll wanted nothing to do with them and the fact she feels neglected…To her that is a perfect excuse to be the bitch that she is.
