Benedict the 16th dying has sent him over the edge .He is of the opinion that nobody cares about Benedict.The pictures of people lined up to view his body rule that out. Of course, we know he hates Joe Biden and he was VERY upset that he did not go to Rome for Benedict’s funeral.
And yes, he did at least one video and was obsessing about it on all of his social media.
It doesn’t take much for TM to go into conspiracy theory mode. Pope Francis doesn’t care about Benedict(not true!) and is tyrannical.
THEN, people were being refused communion on the tongue.Another hill that TM is willing to die on.
Speaking on hills TM is willing to die on:Latin Mass.
I think it has its place, but the people who do like it need to quit whining about having to drive a distance yo go to a Latin Mass. and saying it is the ONLY Mass that you should be going to. This seems to be a phenomenon with TLM’ers who live in places where Catholics are in the minority (I saw a comment mentioning Oklahoma City which is where my brother lives. I can confirm that the way they do Mass there is consistent with being in the Bible Belt. You follow what the Church believes to the letter of the law OR ELSE.
Going back to Benedict for a minute…TM was on his conspiracy theory thing and claiming that Vatican spies forced Benedict to retire.
All I have to say about that is that..I always thinks that he can’t be any more ridiculous and then he goes and surprises me.Or not surprises me as the case may be.
