(Or SHOULD be alike.. given the amount of reminiscing I see about the “good old days” of HAL and how much better it was and how should go back to that along the lines of Cunard.
*Due diligence before cruising:
(This applies to the bashing of larger ships-though they are not as large as other cruise lines’ ships-whenever someone asks(it’s PURELY because they are newer ships and are being marketed more for families and a younger cruising clientele. This goes back to the being weirdly nostalgic for the way HAL used to be. Thing is, those ships that people loved so much aged rapidly and most of them have been sold to other cruise lines and the issues with the ships are the new owners’ problem now.)
*HAL vs. other lines:
(HAL diehards will tell you that HAL is THE cruise line and anyone who tries “other” cruise lines is “cheating” on HAL.Which is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard. But the HAL boards are nothing without the small majority of diehards who will ALWAYS stan for HAL…no matter what.)
Portly Princess:
If you love other cruise lines ,HAL is not for you.
(Portly would prefer for her cruises to be child-free.They get in the way of her scooter,probably.)
If your teem needed bells and whistles,HAL may not be for you.
(That’s a lot of assuming there.)
