Portly Princess:No.For those who take longer cruises Friday is another day to enjoy-she was talking about the day of the week mats
(Yes,Portly, we know:You go on longer cruises.You only mention it every other post.That and how you always get double pillow chocolates..because lord knows your fat ass doesn’t need them.)
Which is a great segue into the ridiculous world of the die hards.
On CC there’s a group of diehards
(Wishing to avoid drama they don’t call them out but anyone who is familiar with the Cruise Critic HAL boards knows who they are)
Proudly proclaiming they’re putting down money for August or September cruises
(The height of stupidity if you ask me)
Those who chime in with “Go HAL” have no money out.
(And if they think they’re going to be on a cruise in only a couple of months from now they would be better off going to Las Vegas or Atlantic City because thinking you are going to be able to cruise this year is a sucker bet.)
But eh..some of the diehards don’t have a budget when it comes to HAL-which is also why there are a few that always brag that they get a suite.That’s nice.Nobody cares. Same with going on longer cruises(longer for me is 2 weeks..that’s about my limit on a ship as much as I like cruising.)No, we’re talking about Portly Princess(and a few others but mostly Portly who pretty much cruises because she can get her double pillow chocolates(which quite frankly..not that good) and gorge herself morning noon and night on food that she knows is NOT good for her(a cheeseburger *and* cheese fries?No wonder she’s obese.
