*On the Facebook group I am a part of someone said that they had a dirty comforter-and there was NOBODY defending HAL.That was very refreshing.
*Flip side of that was someone saying that they don’t have hot water(on one of the older ships that has what can only be referred to as “deferred maintenance”.
*Coffee.
Opinions about coffee vary. Some people think HAL’s coffee is bad(especially the room service) and it’s a plot to make people pay for coffee (and it doesn’t take a lot for people to say HAL is nickle and diming.)
