roaming_kate23Friday:We drove up to Santa Barbara which was epic..we had to drive through L.A-in Friday traffic. Got to Santa Barbara and basically went right up to the rooftop bar where they were having a sort of rehearsal dinner for my cousin and her partner.
I really liked the hotel(Hilton Garden Inn)..the beds were SUPER comfy!
Saturday:There was a lot of sitting around and visiting with family that I don’t get to see very often. Had to run to Target for a few things-the Target was pretty much brand new-less than a couple of weeks.
Got ready to go to the wedding. The transport was several tricked out(with Christmas lights and a sound system)school buses.
So..the wedding was at Cold Spring Tavern..it’s up in the mountains and really, you couldn’t find a better place for a wedding.It was a great ceremony, there was amazing food and lots of dancing. Space was kinda tight..I had to suck it up and I had a blast.
Sunday:More sitting around and talking(I spent a lot of time trying to get all of my stuff packed and whatnot).
Went over to my aunts and uncle’s house for lunch(Jersey Mike’s ). Got home earlier than I thought we would(the traffic on the way home ..there wasn’t hardly any!)
