roaming_kate23Friday:Was at a Target that seemed to get busier the longer I was there.Eventually I hoped out of there. I was having some mobility issues so had to use a scooter to get around .No longer an issue as of this moment though.
Saturday:My parents and I went to Peet’s neat my parents’ house to get me hyped for cooking later(which turned out not to be too bad-fun even!
Cooked-made a sweet potato casserole which is famous is my family,and cranberry relish.
In the evening we went to my brother’s house for a Christmas. Eve dinner(shrimp and pasta which was delicious!).
Sunday: Got up, unwrapped gifts and just hung out at home. Guests showed up midday.I made a glaze for the ham which was pineapple,Dijon mustard and ginger preserves.It got a lot of rave reviews and is going to be better in a few days’ time.
