Couple of possibilities:They kill off Mark(which makes me sad because I love his character),the kids go on the run and they have Claire(as a big bad) trying to track them down..

The kids will stay in touch(somehow) with Naomi or Zeke ..without being able to be tracked (good luck in this day and age!)
