[late-ish in the day thoughts]
Saturday, 24 August 2024 21:16Went to my uncle’s memorial service today. Went to a friend of the family’s memorial yesterday .
Had to get up early for our flight to Dallas. Got there in plenty of time. Not crazy about getting up so early but I was able to get coffee and some breakfast so I couldn’t complain too much .
Now, today was the first time I had ever flown into Love Field.Compared to DFW it is a VERY manageable airport.Amazed at how full our flight was for first thing in the morning but more than likely that was was because it was a through flight(no changing planes which..I definitely LOVED.)
Getting to see family members-especially my cousins-who I haven’t seen for a while-is good.Wish it was for a better reason though.
