Cruise Critic has too few members to be considered “influential”
(And the posters on the HAL boards think they are.)

I worked for HAL.
(I don’t trust this person instantly..)

Most of the people in the HAL office have a negative view of CC members and their comments
(This doesn’t surprise me at all.)

A topic finds a loud enough voice to get corporate attention
(Leaving this one alone because I have talked about it a lot.’Nuff said.)

Said I was from Cruise Critic and it caused angst
(This doesn’t surprise me one bit.)

Pollsters are diligent at insuring samples are representative of the entire population .Too focused on the past
(Correct on both points.)

This whole narrative of “HAL needs to go back to the way it used to be” has only started since Orlando Ashford left HAL. HAL hasn’t changed anything so obviously all of the requests to go back to “The way it used to be” has not had any sort of effect . There are a lot of other things that the people who work for HAL are concerned about right now.There is a lot of talk that some cruise lines might not make it through what’s going on right now.Well, as I like to say cruise ships are floating Petri dishes and if they’re not making an effort to make sure we’re healthy whilst we’re on their ships then I don’t want to cruise anymore. But if I’m going to do a land vacation which really is the only option now, they have to have a vaccine.Traveling when there is still a chance that I could get r*n*n is not going to happen.
