(And it’s the usual suspects, too.)

Ship happens is an excuse
(Yes it is)

That gets bartered around
(When people want to defend Holland America)

Way too often to cover up maintenance
(That and the extremely slapdash dry docks)

Internet is notoriously unreliable at sea
(Which most people know..but they like to think that *they* are special.)

There is also a dismissive attitude on CC that has been showing for a long time
(And which has probably scared off posters who posted something that was a legitimate issue only to get ripped a new asshole by the clique on Cruise Critic.)

A small regular group who can be counted on to dismiss any problem that they didn’t suffer
(For sure: non-working toilets and a/c qualify as suffering)

Expressed as any day on a cruise is better than being on land
(Not necessarily..I could go on a whole rant right here but I won’t. You’re welcome.)

Absolutely correct with the ever present cheerleaders who will defend HAL in any situation
(I don’t doubt that.I really hope that Holland America never has any incidents ala Concordia because if they did the Cruise Critic boards would be a *shit show*.)
