[Definitely for the best]
Jun. 20th, 2019 02:32 pmSo.. the parents from Tennessee who had their kid in Connecticut (they were trying to get to Maine to a birthing centre to avoid another C section(mind you her previous ones were probably for legit reasons) but she started to have complications and they stopped at a hospital and that is when her daughter was “ripped from her womb” and taken away from the parents when she was a few days old.
Looking at the parents’ Facebooks..they seem more than a little off. Going several states out of their way just to avoid a C section?
All of their posts are just walls of text(posted multiple times with the same pictures).One of the things that caught my eye was the picture of the paperwork from the doctor that said “Child is without parents to provide for and meet her needs due to her parents refusal to engage with DCFS(LBR, this was probably not the parents’ first rodeo with DCFS.)
So to bring this up current:Yesterday was the hearing for the parents.They were not able to make it to the hearing.
IMO this ,they did this to themselves.Harsh?Yes but they’re having to go out of their way to go to the hearing.But if you are SO invested in not having a C-section that you go out of state and then things go wrong, it’s your fault.I’m actually surprised that there haven’t been tons of posts on the Medical Kidnap website screaming about it being a conspiracy.Everything involving doctors and DCFS is EVIL!!
So..the parents’ rights were terminated.Honestly,I have to say that I am not that surprised.The way that they have been putting false information out there(and the people who follow them buy into every bit of it.)The baby will be able to be adopted by the foster family now which.. *points to subject line* If I were the parents I would give up..if the kid wants to try to find you when she turns 18,great.
Also interesting is the fact that their lawyer won’t take their calls.I am willing to bet that any lawyer worth his salt would just be like “they’re several states away.They have been non-compliant multiple times where this case is concerned.They bitch and moan about having to get to Connecticut every time they are supposed to have visitation or be at a hearing..it’s just easier to terminate the parents’ rights than have to listen to them complain and cry “hardship”.”
Do I think this story is over?No. Medical Kidnap has been known to follow stories for a long time even after they have been resolved.Though I notice they don’t talk about the parents of the twins that I have also mentioned a few times.Because the dad is in prison and the mom..well she is just not in her right mind(and that is me being kind)
