roaming_kate23We’ve been having get togethers outside so I just went for it and bought a puffy jacket at Costco.It is WARM and I love it.
For a county that is supposed to be under lockdown again, there are still a lot of places that are open.Thank goodness I stocked up at Bath and Body Works because when they close down they won’t be open again for a while. Flip side of that is that we are getting closer and closer to a vaccine so there’s that. One of our local news stations was talking about local churches having their services outside.The church that they showed was a Catholic Church.Too bad that I don’t believe anything anymore because I would be down for that(as long as the weather was good.Also, the church that they showed asked people to bring their own chairs.)
My new favourite thing:Jameson’s Travels on YouTube.He covers Stolen Valor(people who pretend to have fought in wars, served in the military,etc.One of the best videos was a guy who was pretending to be a cop.AND he was a felon.That is NOT a good look! May have to just watch everything he’s done.It’s tremendously satisfying.Also? Coming from a family where there are several people who served in the military, it hits very close to home.
