The youngest cardinal was born in 1974 and is from Mongolia by way of Italy. If he were to become Pope he would be Pope for a while!
One of the most interesting new Cardinals is from India and is from the lowest of the castes in India.
Unrelated, because no TM post this week(I know!) is that Shia LeBoeuf converted to Catholicism whilst he was playing Padre Pio in a film. I really do hope that his conversion is genuine but he has done some problematic things in the past .This is definitely a “wait and see” sort of thing.
