[I guess I can talk about it now!]

Remember I mentioned Schiphol airport and teased you with that?

WELL.

My parents and I are going on a cruise out of Rotterdam in August.We are going to fly into-you guessed it-Schiphol-stay in Amsterdam for a few days and then take a trail to Rotterdam. I have never been to Amsterdam before so that is *very* exciting!

The cruise we’re going on is on one of the newest ships .I also have a sea view room which means that I have a window! Now, we are leaving out of Rotterdam, coming *back* to Amsterdam It’s a British Isles cruise and we’re going to Scotland(never been there so excited for that!) Ireland(and Northern Ireland-Belfast area-and England(obviously.)

So now the wait begins and there is quite a lot of planning that goes on besides .Like excursions for one thing.

I have a packing list which..honestly I have not done before. *and* it’s been 6 years since the last time we went on a cruise(with the beer virus of course and yeah..the cruise lines-all of them-not just HAL-took a HUGE hit because of it. Also this is the first time we’ve done a cruise later in the year(in the past it’s always been later spring/early summer.Changing things up, as it were!

Being the researcher I am I already have been doing deep dives on YouTube.
