The World Cruise is over and the Caribbean cruising season is more or less over at this point.That being said,I have some notes and this is just going to have to tide you over for a while.

*The people complaining about the Crow’s Nest being closed causes it to be reopened. I seriously doubt that there were “a lot” of people complaining.It was just the same few people complaining over and over again.

Cudos(sic) for reacting to the complaints.
(IMO HAL folded too easily on this one.)

But it is not at all clear tha this won’t happen again.
(Oh, it will.And there will be a messy ass thread on Cruise Critic.)

When cruisers vote with their pocketbooks instead of threats.
(But in spite of this they still cruise with HAL.And will continue to do so.)

Then there was a whole diversion about flushing the wrong things down the toilet. It isn’t a wanky Cruise Critic thread without thread drift.

Someone said they were cancelling an upcoming cruise because of the possibility of that happening again.
(You go on multiple cruises a year and seem to have forget you money and that is what you’re worried about?)

*Thread about a family cruise and the usual kid haters and “keep HAL kid free” crowd show up.(though isn’t kinda the same thing?)

No programs for kids.
(Two words:Club HAL.)

There were suggestions to go on the Disney cruise line(great, if they want to go into fucking debt!)

HAL lacks excitement.
(Not every kid needs climbing walls and waterslides.)

Kids were happy to interact with older guests.
(Exactly.And given that the cruise in question that this family is going on is going to Alaska there will be lots of kids.Our family did that cruise in 2012,out of Seattle, and they had a fun time, my nephews made lots of friends and we hardly saw them unless it was dinner time !
