Apparently in London a bunch of stores selling counterfeit American candy have opened up.And several of them have been closed down.Not sure how they knew the places were counterfeit but it came out that, in fact they were. Yeah,sketchy and there are plenty of places where you can get American foods(fun fact:Did you know that Oreos are the most popular cookie -or biscuit as it were-in the UK.
Heck, I’ve even seen American food in the stores at Heathrow! Granted, it wasn’t a huge selection, just a couple of shelves on an end cap but there were Pop Tarts and Lucky Charms
And there in a store that sells lots of American food(including Stove Top stuffing and Betty Crocker cake mixes and cereal, as well as candy. If IU were a homesick American that is where I would be going to get anything that I was missing!
