[HAL is modern.Thank fuck for that.]

(Yeah..not going to happen.HAL knows where their bread is buttered with respect to that.Also why, slowly but surely they are starting to sell off their older ships(they have to have at least one smaller ship even with all of the issues that those ships have..the diehards still love them so, something that I will never understand !)
HAL is part of the history of “ocean liners”.
(Something which is in the PAST.I honestly do not understand the nostalgia that a few of the diehards have about the way HAL USED to be many many years ago..HAL was TRULY formal and all of that..people watch certain movies and TV shows and they want to play at that.Which is harmless but there are some who take the whole “playing at” thing VERY seriously.)
Of course it took about 3 seconds for someone to invoke Cunard because they are actually formal(though even that is starting to change..I do not wonder if they are looking at trends with other cruise lines and following them more than they used to..even if they piss of the Cunard diehards(and they are diehard..I read the boards at Cruise Critic and they are..passionate.That is putting it mildly! They’re not as ..searches for a word and settles on “obnoxious” as the posters on the HAL boards.
