[The customer is ALWAYS right.]

Went to a yogurt shop the other day. Two things:Yeah, the way they do frozen yogurt(by weight)is a racket but it’s worth it.

Not worth it:The attitude that the owner of the place gave me.Apparently the ownership is new(within the last few years).I looked the place up on Yelp(and mentioned it on NextDoor..apparently it’s not just me.The fact that the owner has the same robo-response to every negative review speaks volumes about him.There is another restaraunt in town(now under new management too) whose owner did the same thing with negative reviews,
