[As a child of the 70’s and 80’s I got a lot of exposure to pop culture]

And it shows!

One of my big things was movie and Broadway soundtracks. I wore out my copies of the Annie and Grease soundtracks. Of course I know The Sound Of Music inside and out(and any time I see a nun I think “she climbs a tree and scrapes her knee her dress has got a tear”😂)

Growing up in the 80’s I saw all of the John Hughes movies and to this day quotes from those movies are a sort of shorthand and something people my age(and a little bit older and a little bit younger) have.
