[You try being neurodivergent in a pandemic!]

I’ve alluded to this before but I am on the autism spectrum. That has been interesting …the whole time we have been in this pandemic.

Look,I don’t like change, but the beer virus has forced me to accept it. Take having to live with my parents for quite an extended amount of time, for instance. Not ideal.Not in the freaking least..But there were as many good things about it as there were negative. Adapting is key, for me(it rhymes!) And the longer that it goes on(probably going to be around for the rest of *my* natural life the more we have to adapt.

(At this point,I’ve resigned myself that I am going to have to have booster shots every year.I am fine with that.Just like the flu shot. Both of them are so painless it’s not an issue(they have upped the needle game to where you’re like “you gave me the shot already?”😂 Not so much with the tetanus shot(speaking from personal recent experience there..)

I haven’t always known I was on the spectrum. A few years ago,I ran into someone who I had apparently gone to school with(I didn’t remember him) said that he knew I was autistic. That took me aback and I said “yeah..”
