Jun. 28th, 2021 08:36 am*Mumford and Sons’ banjo player(snerk) is leaving because he has some..not so popular opinions(TL:DR?He’s part of Antifa and feels like he is being censored all the time.)
*On a related note, sov cits(Sovereign Citizens) are such a thing now that at least one police department has a training video about how to deal with them.
*Derek Chauvin got LOTS of time.He’s not getting out of prison anytime soon, which is a good thing.
*Speaking of karma finally catching up with people, Rudy Giuliani FINALLY had his license to practise law yanked. About fucking time!
*Did you know that there is a cruise line that had cruises for $10 a day?yes! Of course, it was REALLY a cost cutting thing(you had to buy all of your food unless you got a meal plan.. what is this, college?) Also, the rooms were TINY. And the colour scheme was ugly! I don’t mind small rooms-but only if it was just me in the room-I had a hotel room like that in Rome but it was all good but seriously..it was the size of a large walk in closet with a bathroom and that was about it. It’s something that comes up in conversation a lot in our family and my parents are always amazed that I didn’t freak out..well, it was only for a few days and we didn’t spend *that* much time there which is why I didn’t mind but it’s one of those stories that comes up in conversation way more than you would think!
*There is going to be a movie of Under The Banner of Heaven;I can’t wait.That is a story that needs to be told(and it has, on ID network and a few other places) but a cinematic version is going to get the story(which NEEDS to be told..it’s amazing how one of the brothers involved went from being mild-mannered to a fire breathing member of the FLDS) and killed his sister-in-law and niece(who was an innocent baby) because she wasn’t going along with him.)
