[Shady af and as the day is long]
Sunday, 20 June 2021 09:36Andy Cohen the head honcho of Bravo is, as the subject line says, shady AF.
I will say that when it comes to certain things I’m not sure that he’s wrong;like what is going on with Erika Girardi. Some people are making it seem like she committed war crimes or something, when she didn’t. I do think there is more to that story than we are being told.
But when it counts, he does get rid of the chaff when it is needed(Kelly Dodd comes right to mind;she is gone and is not going to be on the next season of RHOC* They are bringing back some OG howives though and that should be interesting.
He also is not afraid to bring people back, especially those who were controversial. Most of the time he brings back people/makes them a friend of a friend of the cast.
The other side of this is that he has pissed people off. There are a lot of people who refuse to be on any of his shows because of things he has said, and he’s been called “messy” more than once. He used to be good friends with Kathy Griffin but she did something that a lot of people disagreed with(posing for a picture with her holding up a(fake) disembodied head of Donald Trump.Yeah,I don’t like Trump, and never will(thank god Biden is president now) but even *I* thought that was over the top. I’ve softened towards her since then but Andy Cohen (and Anderson Cooper) haven’t.)
I’m waiting for someone to do something so awful(the Erika Girardi stuff and Joe and Teresa Giudice both going to prison-not at the same time) don’t count. In the second case, they knew what they did and they had to pay for it, but they have done their time.And they both seem to be happy, which is good.
