One of the people I follow on Facebook deleted (?)their account.She’s someone who I looked up to back in the day..A Duran Duran fan who wrote a book about the band and had a small measure of success with said book.She seems ambivalent about it now.
Used my stimulus cheque and went crazy at Bath And Body Works. No word of a lie I went to Bath And Body Works with a long list of candles that I wanted to get and found all but 3 of them(and was able to get a candle that I love that they have started selling again so it evened out.Only problem was I had to lug them around for the rest of the day-I got a upper arm workout for sure! I have candles for a while now and that is a GOOD thing!(they were having sales on the smaller candles but I was only there for the 3 wick candles.)
Can’t remember if I have talked about this place before but Barefoot Coffee which is within walking distance of my parents’ house has the best coffee.Love their Cubano coffee!
My dad decided to switch cable companies.Very much an impulsive thing..but TBH they are getting just as many channels as they do now with DirectTV(for now imma continue with Direct because Spectrum isn’t available in Oceanside and anyways, I’m not there full time, so..(see also:why I cancelled my Sirius radio subscription and I don’t even feel a bit bad about it.) Then my dad realised that the new cable company would require someone being in their house so it ‘s off until ‘Rona has calmed down a bit.
Last but not least, the new Clarice TV show(hereafter called Cl🐑rice), a TV show that takes up a few years after SOTL(Silence Of The Lambs). Fan reaction has been..interesting to say the least...if you’re excited for it great, but.. at least one of the show’s creators *and* an actor from the show have dissed Hannibal. Yeah, any sort of goodwill I had for that show(when I didn’t have much in the first place) went out the window.
