(Why try to put your feelings about Orlando out there when he’s not in charge of HAL anymore? Lord knows he has gotten plenty of grief for everything he did, up to and including the partnership with Oprah.)
Did Explorations get lost when they quit offering cruises on the Maasdam?
(No. That’s the short answer.The problem people have with Explorations is because it replaced their beloved libraries.🙄)
Concept was lost with the pandemic.
(Early days yet so who really knows... but if they really are going to require people to only book HAL excursions and not through Costco or what have you then it’s going to be very busy.)

Monsignor Asswipe was all “she’s a nice ship but a bit too big”
(Compared to other cruise lines’ ships they’re not THAT big..Royal Caribbean’s ships are floating cities. IMO there are a couple of specific people who take much joy in bashing other cruise lines’ ships every chance they get.That’s why the sail aways are so missed because that was one of the times that there was a lot of bashing of other cruise lines’ ships so there’s that. When cruising resumes at Port Everglades the usual people will be there.)
Not what we’ve come to expect from HAL.
(HAL knows that to stay relevant they have to modernise. I’ve said that many times before but the people on the HAL boards who are stuck in the past are going to be that way because there is no changing their minds about how great the “good old days” of HAL were.)
