*Libraries:
Happy to see libraries being phased out and replaced with new technology
(I don’t have an opinion on this either way but..it’s good to see a shelf of books that people have left after they finished them.)
Cunard has libraries
(Cunard is old school.Some people like that and, more to that, can afford to cruise on, that.)
I miss the libraries almost as much as promenade decks

There are reasons for this which I have talked about before-that they are being checked out and not returned/Noro.
*The Nieuw Statendam is the first ship I’ve been on to not have any of the old ships pictures
(Really?Not having certain types of art is a dealbreaker or make you feel differently about Holland America? Oh-Kay.
*There was a post about passenger lists. Yes, back(a long time ago) they did have them. For a LOT of reasons they could not do that now. Because you know that there are people(several of them who post on the Cruise Critic HAL boards who would use that for evil. I’ve seen attempts to avoid certain crew members and other posters .See also:The report post button on every Cruise Critic post.There are people that admit that they report the posts of people that they don’t like. They’ve been called out on it, too. These are usually the same people who claim that they get warnings for their posts for “no reason”.
