[So about this new brand ambassador..]
Friday, 31 January 2020 16:28HAL has a new brand ambassador, Seth. And there is a typical reaction to it.Poor Seth.I know he’s on Twitter(I follow him on Twitter) but he’s going to have to keep it on the down low if he posts on Cruise Critic, fo reals.
Brand Ambassador is a “shill” for HAL.
(Isn’t that kind of the point?)
Brand ambassador is a buffer between customers and the company.
(And you know good and well that if he is on any cruises and people know that he’s on the ship that they will not leave him alone.)
John Heald is eloquent in how he handles questions and concerns.
(Not only that he doesn’t tolerate the crap that happens on Cruise Critic-he knows what goes on there obviously and has called Cruise Critic out on their shit on more than one occasion where everyone else just sees them as an annoyance and does not want to be the ones who stir.So good for John Heald.).
The internet can be unjustly rude.I’m on the fence if he should post on Cruise Critic or not.
(As I said earlier, he’s on Twitter and he may be chiming in on HAL’s Facebook page, but I’m with the person who said that they’re only kinda comfortable with him posting at Cruise Critic.Because if he’s posting there they are going to run to him and complain about every little thing. Once that starts he will leave that job so fast it’s not even funny.
TL:DR? Seth, stay the fuck away from Cruise Critic.If you know what’s good for you.Mind you he’s new to the job has only had it for a few days so it’s still exciting to him)
