[Better-ish living through chemistry]

But..I’m going through a depression. You may know that I have been on anti-depressants for a while.
If it’s all the same to everyone,I’d rather not get into the specifics of why I am going through a depression. It’s the sort of thing that is affecting my quality of life, put it that way(in every other sense my health is fine .)
This isn’t my first rodeo wrt to depressions.Had to say that.
This is definitely the sort of thing that I will talk to my psychologist about the next time that I see him. *He* will be privy to what all is going on.
