No, Paul.What this is is New York during the summertime.Things happen.I thought I had seen the depths of his “this is the end of the world”-ness.Apparently not.
The scary thing is, he claims that there are a lot of people who believe what he has to say..but do a search and there are plenty of people who are very willing to call him on his bullshit.Scarier still? The newspaper who drinks his kool aid and posts articles about him all the time(the comments on those stories are gold.They call out the newspaper for posting such utter shit.)
Well, yes, shit..and fear mongering too.Paul Begley is far from the only person doing the fear porn thing-until he got shut down, Alex Jones did too. The thing with Paul Begley though, is that it is CONSTANT. Like he posts multiple videos per day about some “apocalyptic” event that he says is “about to happen”. Lacking a better way to put it, it’s like OCD.He has to put it out there lest people burn in hell because they weren’t saved.That’s a whole other discussion for another blog, if I am being honest
The freak outs about earthquakes-in places that are earthquake prone-is ridiculous too.Yes, Indonesia is in the Ring Of Fire.So are a lot of other places.California has earthquakes.We just had an earthquake on the Fourth Of July.Yeah, and?
Things happen in the world.Not everything is going to end in,well, the end of the world. Everything is “apocalyptic” to him. That and “cataclysmic”.If you tried to do a drinking game with how many times he says both of those words on his show, you’d be on your way to the emergency room 2 minutes in-less that that depending on how freaked out he is.And he’s plenty freaked out, all the time. I don’t even think he knows what a joke that makes him(and he doesn’t care).Another reason people love him is that he is a Trump supporter. The less said about that,though,the better.
When I first was aware of him(and of Alex Jones)their shows were not an ad every two seconds but now it seems like they are constant.If it’s not some ad for some health product,it’s a Trump coin, or one of their videos(the most recent one being about blood moons, another obsession of his.)
