[This story just gets more insane]
Jun. 26th, 2019 01:43 pmThe updates and info I’m getting about the parents who got their daughter “taken away” for no reason just get more and more interesting. With what I am finding out every day,I will be able to do updates fairly frequently and I would not be at all surprised if Medical Kidnap backs off of reporting this story(they’ll claim that it’s for lack of updates..when the reality is that the updates would show this case for what it really is and why CPS was right to take their daughter away from them.
I’m gonna break some of the things/observations that I’ve have found,down, in no particular order:
1)Was a vaginal birth THAT important that they had to go to Maine?
Apparently yes.And I also discovered that the parents had a case open with CPS in Tennessee, where they were from.Add to that she has some chronic health problems. Whaddya wanna bet those factored into her having C sections with her two older kids. Thirdly, she was WAY overdue(due in October but had the baby in November.Crunchy logic:Let the baby come when it wants to not before and also that’s a recipe for having to have a C-section.She was gonna have a C-section for the third time,regardless.)
This and the fact they had a case open, makes someone’s statement that they are “not telling the truth” even more, well, true. As well as the comment about them making “poor choices” which goes into my next point:
2)They missed the flight...not really.They decided that they were not going to go, decided to drive,then realised that they forgot the mom’s medications. These parents, we’ll call them M and Y, knew that there was a pretty big case against them and decided “fuck it”.They’re going to try and appeal but what with their living 20 hours away and their not wanting to move there in order to have a chance to get their daughter back, it’s not looking good. They’ll probably lose custody of their other kids too.
If I were CPS I would adopt the kids out(to different families).If they were in the custody of family members I would legit be worried about the parents trying to kidnap the kids back. To say nothing of the fact that M and Y have done nothing but badmouth their daughter’s foster parents..They’re not to talk to the foster parents which I think is smart.Hell, just terminating their parental rights after they didn’t show up is the best thing that they could do for this kid.Truly.
Their Facebook posts(they have multiple Facebooks under various names) do not do them any favours, either. Erratic(and they have been accused of being that more than once and I have to agree).
“They took your baby because you were running off 9 months pregnant”. Well, yeah, that’s part of it.And the acting erratic, too.The rants against CPS and the hospital(always to the comments about how racist the hospital staff was but THEY HAVE NO PROOF. I suspect that they have had to deal with plenty of nasty comments..to constantly mention it in the original article(and every time M and Y have talked about this on their Facebooks)seems like a whole lot of deflection to me.
