Raul had to sit in a makeup chair for almost 8 hours when he was Crispy Chilton.
One of the directors was very hands on-from what I saw there was a LOT of input from the cast and crew as far as ideas-Chilton needed a cane-and he got it!
If there was a musical episode Hannibal would sing Eat Me from Little Shop Of Horrors.I LOLed at that.
Hugh didn’t know that Hannibal has been trending on Netflix-Bryan had to tell him!
I’m a Hannigram shipper, not that I shove it down anyone’s throats, even though I have been accused of being a super Hannigram shipper**
Hannibal, according to Bryan,loves. There’s also a school of thought that Hannibal, of all things, has helped people to embrace their sexual identities-they weren’t really sure what they were until they watched Hannibal. Which, if you think about it, is pretty cool.The show has a HUGE LGBT following ,always has, and when they threw characters with non-cis genders in there even more so. Female characters were never fridged and there was no sexual violence towards women, something that Bryan has said on more than one occasion.
Hannibal would cook the cast as Cuban food(the rumour is that Season 4 -when it happens-is going to be set in Cuba.) Bryan would want to be a dumpling, LOL.
The keywords for Season 4 are:Sunny and sweaty(since it’s in the tropics..I doubt they’ll actually be able to film in Cuba.)-“A whole new temperature”***
Hugh:(Depending how long it takes to get a Season 4) “Grumpy Old Men” with sandals.
*No kidding.That’s why Franklyn gravitated towards Hannibal for sure.
**I’ve been in other fandoms where there was a lot of drama because of shipping. Fannibals are a mostly drama free community but every so often there are outbreaks of drama.A friend mentioned a Fannibal (who is no longer in the fandom) who accused her of stealing her spotlight.If it’s the person I’m thinking of, I’m not surprised..The same person has been bum rushed out of several other fandoms since. But they were doing the same crap that they were doing in the Hannibal fandom and people weren’t having it, I wonder if they would come back if there was a Season 4.I doubt it.
***Literally.Since they filmed in Toronto, which was COLD when they were filming there.)
