Ken theater)a very old school theater..there used to be a similar theater-and I can’t remember the name-in downtown La Jolla.
Flooding in Mission Valley(the reason that land-and Fashion Valley-were so cheap?It’s a flood plain and gets flooded when there is a significant amount of rain.)
